I am currently collecting a pension. A while back I divorced my first husband and now I am married to a new man. When I die, does my ex husband get any of my pension (half?) or can it all go to my second, current husband?

First, what does it state in your divorce decree? Assuming it makes no mention to it, and you have a will, your second husband should be able to get all of it.

Your first husband may be entitled to a portion of your pension covering the time you were married if you were employed in the job providing the pension benefit while you were married to him, as it would be considered a marital asset. Check with your attorney to be sure.
