How to pay judgement with best outcome?
I recently had a judgement enetered against me. I assume the debtor wants to be paid as soon as possible. Payment arraingements have been made at one hundred fifty dollars a month. I have not made my first payment and was wondering if there is a smarter way to negotiate payments, and if the credit card company has the power to have it removed from my credit if I offer payment in full?

    Thank You

NO, once the court has ruled and ordered a judgement, this is on your record as court action and can not be removed by the debtor

Prior to the judgement, you could hve offer to pay in full if they removed any negative thing from report, but after the judgement, sorry can't be done.

You may ask for them to accept 2/3 or 3/4 now as payment in full, they don't have to accept, and get it in writing, but that is about best you could even hope for
