how to get your name off a car title??

hi..i have a question...my cousin has been driving me nuts about this..
when she was w/her boyfriend she co-signed for his car..he had real bad credit and still does..now they broke up and cannot get his own loan but does not want to give the car back to her so someone else can buyit. hes currently w/another girl and shes making his car payments...what can she do to get out of this mess..she wants him out of her life but does not wanna cooperate??

Co-signed the lease?

So she doesn't own the car, he does.

She should stop making payments. Then the bank will default the car and force it to be sold.

Any difference, they will come after him and her, but she can turn around and sue ex bf.

no he's making the payments....(well his current girlfriend is) she co-signed
