    How to Fight a Judgement against Me
    There has been a default judgement against me for ten years, without me knowing about it. It was not until a year ago when it surfaced. It may have been renewed last month for another ten years. Do I have any recourse, what are my options ?

    You can challenge the service if you don't believe you were properly served.
