How do I find an attorney specializing in defending students from their institution?
How do I find an attorney specializing in defending students from their institution?

I am trying to find a Pennsylvania attorney to represent me in my defense and a counter suit against my former educational institution. I actually even have documentation from the school stating that they were responsible but I am unable to find a lawyer without a conflict of interest.

I'm having difficulty with every Attorney having a conflict -

Contact either your County or State Bar Association, tell them the problem, ask for a referral - or you may have to go out of State.
