Probably, unless you have some statutory protection (Disability or prohibited form of discrimination) or collective bargaining protection. Where I live, one can be fired for wearing socks, mis-matched socks, or no socks.

Are you under employment contract or is there a written policy concerning a second job? I can see a problem if you arrive at your main job drop dead exhausted - at which point employment at will takes over - or if the second job is in conflict with the first.
