Levy on Bank Account

I just received a notice that they put a levy on my bank account and I'm afraid if I make a deposit they will hold it and then I can't pay any of my bills. This is a Chase credit card at 35K and going up. I'm trying to do the best I can buts it's hard to keep up. Is their anyway I can get this lifted, or should I open another account somewhere else?

Thanks
