i just need an idea
my boyfriend was sentenced 15 to 36 months in jail for 4 counts of curruption of a minor how much of his time does he have to do before he can get out

What city/state is he in, and are the sentences consecutive of concurrent? Is the sentence to city/county jail, or state prison? How much time did he serve while waiting for trial, or was he out on bail? Was this his first offense?

It all depends in some places he could be out in 5 months, in other places it will be 36 months. Alot may depend on how well he behaves hisself inside.

What did he actually do, did the victimms make any statements at sentencing, this can often effect things
