I have to lien someone with property in AZ and Lives in CA do I have to sue in AZ?
Someone that lives in California now has property in Arizona fully paid for. He owes me a large sum of money. If I file a lawsuit in California and win my suit can I lien property in AZ or do I have to sue him in AZ. He is a CA resident.
