have just bought a house and

loads of problems with the lights (kitchen ones and lounge main light do not work". The burgular alarm did not work (cost us £150 to repair) .... do we have any right to claim monies of the people who sold it to us as I believe that items should have been in correct working order- particularly electrics. thanks
