Harassment order

Hi! everyone , What is the difference between a Temporary Restraining Order and a Harassment order. appreciate the help.

I think the definition and the process to obtain either will vary from state to state. Sometimes I believe they are one in the same (protection order). To learn about your state's laws you can contact a local crisis intervention center, social service organization or battered women's shelter (try the yellow pages if computer access is limited). You should also be able to get detailed info from your local state's website.
