garnishment issues

Greetings- I am a trucker still smarting from a bad divorce that has me owing everyone. House was repo'd etc. I recently had a credit card company file a statement of claim in our local court. My question is: I am a resident of Georgia, which I know has wage garnishment laws. But the trucking company I work for is out of Wisconsin. Can the credit card company garnish my wages from them? Thanks for the help!
