Garnishment

Under the U.S. Department of Labor they specifically address the restrictions on wage garnishment as it pertains to child support. There are limitations as to the percentage of disposable income an employer may take. ie; 50%.

Under Georgia law what are the limitations governing an employer, and the percentage of disposable income they may take from any given pay period?
