Forms required to evict a girlfriend/mother of our 2 sons
I am trying to have the mother of our 2 sons evicted because she will not do anything but lay around 24/7, internet all night, won't cook, clean etc. I took her in because her own daughter threw her out and she came knocking on my door. But now I've had it. The court requires you to know what form by form number you would like. I have no way of knowing this. Please help

    Hello lucky:

I don't know the name of the forms in YOUR state. Instead of asking for forms, ask them what you need to file for an eviction.

Since there are apparently no custody arrangements, your two sons are going to move out with her, and you're going to have a hard time stopping her.

Instead, I might visit a family lawyer.

Contact the county sheriff's office. They can guide you in the right direction.

For excon: I do have custody of the boys. And for s_ciani I went to the police dpet and they do not know the form number. The courts are pretty tough to not research the form number for you.
