I would go to an Attorney, have the Attorney write a "cease and desist" letter and if he does not, then you're going to have to sue him.
This is one of the very few times people have posted when they actually have been harmed - and I can see that parents you work for err on the side of caution.
Isn't there some sort of military attorney set up that could help you by writing the letter?
