estate fraud

I have a son that is ADD his mother passed away in 2007 my wife's mother passed away in 2008 my neice had power of attorney of my mother inlaws. The accountant says that there was no instructions as to who gets what and that the money is all gonemy neice took it all. What can I do.

If there was no will, the estate was required to be distribute according to the intestate inheritance laws of your state.

If you niece had a POA she can be required to account for how she used her grand mother's money. Its possible it was used to provide care for her. But if she just took the money, especially after her death, then she committed theft.
