Employment Tribunal in the UK

I am currently taking my former employees RBS to Tribunal, this is extremely expensive and I have found this very one sided.

If I feel the Chairman is constantly coming down the the side of RBS is their anything I can do about it?

Also RBS have asked for full disclosure of my Medical Records and their r some things in my past that I did not want to be disclosed, can they use this against u?

I really feel that I am already flogging a dead horse, I have had to go and c 2 psychiarists
and when the 1st one came down on my side they have made me see another who has come down on their side.

All I wanted to do is to be heard for myself and the colleagues that have been made to leave the company because they dont FIT in.

Against a giant of a company like RBS what chance does 1 person stand, the system is totally unfair and to be heard, a great expense which I for one do not have the cash, but I am lucky I have a brother who believes in me.

I thought this system was for the people, as far as I can see it is anything but and I have not even got to Tribunal yet.

Any thoughts , help, ideas , facts are truly welcome.
