in CT-what are the penalties for allowing someone with a suspended (due to child support-not alcohol, recklessness) license drive the licensed/insured drivers vehicle?
It's not a traffic violation for you to let an unlicensed driver drive your car. It IS a liability issue, though. If he gets into a wreck, your insurance won't cover it.
