    Civil rights for fla. Convicted felons
    I'm a convicted felon. Can my wife own a firearm? Conviction was 22 years ago.

    She can own it all she wants but she cannot keep it in the same home that you reside in. You might want to try and get a letter of clemency from the Governor's office to restore your civil rights.
