Leaving the country with a warrant

I received an underage drinking ticket in Texas two years ago. I am from Wisconsin and said I wasn't going to pay the ticket and I still haven't. The officer said if I didn't pay I would receive a warrant which I have. HE also said I could not leave the country because of it. I'm going to Mexico in January so I need to know if I will be able to leave the country with a warrant for underage drinking. Please help!!!
Dylan

Many times going into mexico they don't run your name. If they run your name though the computer, the warrrant will show up and they will detain you. If Texas wants to pay the to bring you back, they will take you into custody.

More than anything, they will get you comming back into the country.
