Car Accident

My daughter was injured in an auto accident. The police determined the other driver was at fault. The insurer of the other driver will not pay any medical claims until all treatments is complete. However further surgery will not take place for 6 months. How can I get them to pay todays bills now? (I am talking about deductibles and copays since my insurance is covering the big costs)

Get an attorney. They might be able to hold off legally until a settlement is reached. You should talk to your insurance, they might waive the co pays and deductibles since the treatment was the result of an accident and the other insurer will pay.
