Can you sue a state/government agency?
Can one sue a state or government agency for knowingly falsifying reports, other documents that are bring used to bring criminal action agonist a person? The information in these documents have numerous errors stating incorrect birth dates, deaths, residency, and other events that never existed are written into these reports.

Probably not. It depends on the source of the documents. However, if these documents are being used to build a criminal case against you, then all these mistakes are to your advantage. By showing the inaccuracies of the documents used by the prosecution, you are weakening the prosecution's case against you.
