Booth Renters Rights

I'm a booth renter in a salon. I pay booth rent every week, along with doing my salon duties. Recently i went and got a part time job because buisness was slowing up and needed extra cash. since I've been working my part time job im not in the salon often, but i still pay my full booth rent. Now my question is does the salon owner have the right to move my supplies to another area of the salon? Since Im not in the salon full time? (which is the back)!!! I dont think it should matter if im there r not because we didnt sign a contract r any agreement other then her telling me im (a FREE agent) meaning I can come and go as I feel as long as she had her money!!
