Everytime I call the lawyers who is doing the garnishment they say that I still owed the same about I owe in 2003, they are still charging me interest even though the car has been resold can you give me help?

You need to get a copy of the judgement. Generally a judgement is for a specified amount and interest no longer accrues. The judgement order will specifiy how much they can collect (your job should also have a copy of that order).

If you have a true garnishment, there will be a court order specifiing an exact amount to be paid, You need to review this court order
