    Need birth certificate
    How can I obtain my birth certificate while I'm overseas? Or I will have to request it in person?

    Im not sure that is the right website. vitalrecords.com is a company that provides offsite storage of data for disaster recovery. I was not able to find anywhere that they provide any access to birth certificates.
