I live in Texas since Nov.06 I have been back and fourth with a company who is suing me for a credit card they say I owe. No contract has been produced I asked for copy when I faxed my discovery to them and they say they don't as of yet have it I go to court next month I am not aware of contract they say I have as described by them, they have lied numerous times and they lied about no contact as of yet because when they sent me paper's I was being sued they had sworn to notary they reviewed contract and indeed I was the right person. Aren't they required to give me a copy of the original contract?
