why would my attorney ask that I release my medical records directly to defense attorney? If claiming emotional distress due to not properly supervising a manager who beat up and resident then retaliated against those that complained? Can defense request medical records prior to insident?thanks in advance

The only way your can get OFF the lien is for the car loan to be refinanced. If the OTHER party is willing and qualifies on their own for the loan, you are in business. If not, you are stuck. You are equally responsible for the debt.

I have a judgment from ohio from 2005 and the company that I work for has their payroll in South Carolina. I reside in Pennsylvania and I was wondering can they garnish my wages in south carolina?

Hello i have been living in ny state since last may but my residency is in Fl. Could I also get a NY sate residency? Is it possible to have double residency at the same time? I want to go to school in NY but its more expensive for non-residents.

Thank you for answer.

Hello l:

I know you didn't know it, but you should have posted your question somewhere else. I don't think it's gonna get much action here. Maybe somebody will come along and move it.

The idea of residency is so that the taxpayers of NY are supporting the residents of NY. It would be my guess that they want you to live in NY a little longer than a month to be considered a resident. I'll bet you can't get residency for 10 years or more.

Maybe somebody who actually knows will come along too.
