my daughter sold a dress on line to a girl in the us, we are in canada, the dress was sent
sept.27 07,the girl recieved the dress in 3 days(kept all emails) we recieved a cheque in us $ and have been told not to cash it because there would not be enough money to cover it. we waited and tried contacting her through email and phone with no response from them my daughter put the cheque in her bank on nov 4 07, she then emailed the girl and told that , we then got a responce, telling my daughter that she had no money and when she pays for the dress the fine for the bounced cheque will be subtracted, she said she will not reply to us , they have the dress and we have no payment is there anything that can be done?
