bankruptcy

my wife and I bought a home approx 3 years ago , after the 1st year living in it we seperated for a short while and I did a quit-claim deed over to her. Within the next 6 months she refinanced the home in her name only. This was not a legal seperation. Now she rents the property out . We owned it together for approx a year and now she has owned it after refinancing for approx 2 1/2 years. I would like to file bankruptcy for myself on about 80,000.0$ debt and was wondering if the courts would look at this as we were trying to hide the property or would they even be interested since it is now all in her name and has been for over 2 years.
