I called the county office and they said if I get it caught up before anyone decides to do anything I'll be fine my charge was a low felony my original sentence was 4-23 months I served 4...I did NOT intentionally fall behind I've been financially strained..had to move..fix car to get to work..ETC..it's my first violation and no other problems CS was done (100hrs) I'm freaking out

I also live in NY - yes, you can and might be extradited.

I've seen it happen.

I don't know what you'll be fine if you're caught before anyone decides to do anything means. In NY the revocation letter turns into a warrant in 10 days. Pay the arrearages immediately if you can and avoid being arrested.

Hello Scott:

Get the money... They SHOULD never put somebody in jail because he can't pay his ***ing probation fees... But, they DO. Do they KNOW they're cutting off their nose to spite their face??? NO, they don't.. They're STUPID and MEAN, and they'll throw your a$$ in the slam over a few lousy bucks...

I HATE cops. Yeah, PO's are cops.
