am i being scammed?

how do i check out a person who may or may not be scamming me. i have been scammed badly in the last six months and do not want it to happen again if i can help it. thank you.

Well first it might help if you read all the instructions and fine print. Like for example, you originally posted this in the Forum Help area, ignoring the big red warning to Read Me First. Had you done so you would have known that Forum Help is for asking questions about using this site, whihc is not what your question is about.

If you can be more detailed about what you are being offered we may be able to tell you more. Generally, if the offer is too good to be true it is a scam. A good source of internet scams and hoaxes is snopes.com.

How were you scammed previously?
