My husband has said that he smells something in our house that smells like dirty foot? He's smells in our living room and then the bedroom, the bedroom is above the garage and laundry room. The living room is at the top of the stairs.
I thought he was crazy because I do not smell it. But then a family member came over and said what's that smell? I said what smell and she said it's smells like a dirty foot( she had no idea what husband had said)

Any thoughts would be great. We have a raised ranch built in 1978 we live in the midwest. thanks

Could be a dead rodent. Or maybe a misplaced gymsock. Id suspect the rodent first.
