removing old paint from interior walls

i just repainted my bedroom and as it dried it started blustering and peeling. i used eggshell paint. how do i fix this problem?

Was there oil based paint on the wall or just a place with some greasy dirt?? You should wash the area with TSP after scraping all loose paint. Now prime with something like Kilz and then top coat.
