Part replacement for Harbor Breeze ceilinf fan

Part need to replace defective one that contrls the fan. It is a black rectangular device, (CBB61) that has 5 wires on it. A gray, purple and brown from the fan switch, and a gray going to the reverse switch and a red going to the fan. Is this part replaceable, and if so, how can I get it.

This fan was purchase from Lowe's along with another matcing one after repaire were made from Katrnia.

The switch you're looking for is the pull switch...?

Purchase the part from Harbor Breeze (Litex). Their number is in the Electrical/Lighting sticky.
