What should I do for hip pain?
My left hip towards the front of my body is hurting and is causing me to limp. I didn't fall or hit myself, what should I do?

There could be a few reasons for hip pain. Could be arthritis; cold be a long term problem with shoes that don't fit well; could be foot problems. We can't diagnose here on AMHD but at least you have a few suggestions to talk over with your doctor.

Your age and gender may be a contributing factor, however, you don't let us know this.

Nor the amount of pain. A change in walking or standing, as noted a change in the shoes you wear. Was there injury some years ago, that may now be hurting with changes in the weather.

If you are 50 plus, you can sometimes expect a few pains.
I am well ( well plus 50) and I wake up with pains every day, I figure it lets me know I am still alive.

If you are 15 most likely not. Now there are different types of arthritis most in older people.
