What does orgasming have to do with hypothyroidism

I have never been able to orgasm, and it's recently come into light that I have hypothyroidism, which can cause anorgasmia. I was wondering if, once I go on the medication, if I will be able to orgasm.

1st of all Dina, 'hypo' thyroid is a SLOW/under-active thyroid, 'hyper' thyroid is FAST/overactive thyroid. Whatever you do, do NOT let them kill your thyroid or remove it in any way(until you know there is NO other way for treatment). I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and they killed my thyroid 7+ years ago. I would HIGHLY suggest alternative treatment before you go and do something so drastic, along with a 2nd opinion. I, unfortunately, allowed the Dr. to scare me, not go for a 2nd opinion and then found out later that Graves can go into remission and that either over or under-active thyroids can be treated naturally. PLEASE PLEASE research more, find out ALL your TSH, T3, T4, etc levels and do your own research online. There is much info out here!

I see no mention of surgery. I do see a mention of medication.

What did I miss?
