Coffee enemas can be done to detoxify the body and evacuate the bowels.

Went to an old-fashioned spa run by Austrians years ago and they gave us big cups of coffee to go do our own enemas with. We weren't supposed to drink it - not healthy. I went back to my room and drank the whole giant cup - health or no health, need my coffee!

Weight loss! Horrible juice diet. Always knocked off 10 pounds or so after 5 days, and weight loss would continue at home. Austrians now gone, now it's fancy "spa food". Nothing beats traditional juice diet (beets, carrots, etc. Yuck!) for knocking off weight.

PS enema not emptying your stomach, it's cleaning out your colon, and supposedly pulling out toxins along with it.

Hi. Just a quick note. If you do engage in the use of coffee enemas, please use organic coffee. Never use anything such as Maxwell House, or any canned brand off the supermarket shelf, or you may be absorbing many unhealthy substances directly into your liver via the portal vein. Substances such as chemical preservatives and pesticides. Other than that, coffee enemas are rumored to be very good for many conditions.

Hello. I have a question.

Are Enemas painful?

Well, I have been researching on the Internet for a natural cure for acne, and several sources say that one can cure it by detoxifying your body. I want to do this, it's just that i don't know how my parents will react (i'm only 15). Every time I ask my dad about it he responds by saying he wishes not to talk about it (he was paralyzed for some time when he was younger because he fell off the second floor).

I've also learned that many ancient civilizations used it, and that the French used it on a daily basis because it was considered good for the skin complexion.

In other words, I have to convince my parents. Such a treatment used so many times by antiquity must be good, right?
