My husband has recently been told that his sperm is 98% abnormal. We have not used any contraception for 6 years and are very concerned. What are the chances of use getting pregnant and will we need to use other methods? This is really effecting my life as I dont want to see my friends that have babies anymore and am really quite depressed!!!!!

Unfortunately, if your husband's sperm is 98% abnormal, the chances of you getting pregnant the natural way is slim. You may need to look into in-vitro fertilization.

yes, but wanting a baby just because your friends are having one is not a good reason, and it is not ruining your life, you are merley without a child, while they can be a blessing, there are other oportunities such as adoptoin that can also bring a child into our life.

theres a less chance of you conceiving naturally due to your husbands sperm,but please dont stress about it,i know its easier said than done, there are other ways to look into so dont give up hope.dont shut your friends out just because they have children there here to help,good luck with it all

ok if its 98.5 your chances are about 1.5% chance of the sperm going to the uderious or however its spelled its a slim chance
