Veins in Hands

Hello. Recently I've noticed that the veins in both of my hands are acting up. I can see them much easier than before and they seem to be pushing up on the skin somewhat. Similar to veins on someone who's totally ripped, but trust me I can assure you I'm not ripped. Anyway, I'm 17, and I was just curious as to what causes it, and if it's anything to worry about.

I do not know where you live, but if you are anywhere where it is hot, this is a common occurance.

It is easier to take blood when a person is warm rather than cold. It has to do with the veins expanding in hot weather and contracting in cold weather.

And, no it is nothing to worry about.
