Treating Vertigo

Hi.

I have been really dizzy lately, sometimes I even feel nauseous (sp?). I posted this last week. Anyhoo, I went to the doctor and she believes its Vertigo because I have fluid in my ear. I was supposed to go back this week, but I have absolutely no time because it's fnals week at my college.

Will vertigo go away on its own? Or can it get worse if not "treated"

I have had vertigo since April and it still hasn't gone away. I believe it too has to do with my ear. Best bet is to go see a ENT (Ear Nose and Throat doctor). I've got my appointment finally for tomorrow.
