I think it was about a month ago, i discovered a small lump just to the right of my testes, left of my leg crease. It isnt painful to the touch unless i put a decent amount of pressure on it. It is just a bit smaller then a dime, but its starting to worry me a lot. Once i decided to put a ton of pressure on it, and some almost puss-ish blood came out, not alot but a little. It has almost a dark tint over the top, but hardly noticeable. Could it just be an ingrown hair maybe? Im really worried that it could be some sort of cancer?

Around the same time, maybe a week before it showed up, i got jabbed in that special area with my wallet when i rolled over in bed, and i was wondering if it could have something to do with it... but it would have gone away by now if it was that, right?

Something like a lump can turn out to be begnin but you must have it looked at by a dr to be sure.
