The other day i had an itchy spot on the side of my wrist, and i passed it as a flea bite from my uncle's new puppy.
But in the morning, instead of there being the bite spot, i have this red mark with a slight pale ring around it, its bigger than a bite, but small, like a burn mark.
It doesnt itch or hurt, but i get the odd tingly feeling under my skin around it.
I've never been allergic to any sort of bite, but my younger cousin is.
Could i be allergic or is it something else?
