Hi, does anyone know if you can drink this while pregnant?

As long as you don't have low iron levels, tea consumption during pregnancy is usually fine.

It still has a caffeine in it (just less than a 'normal' builders tea) so I would check with your doctor about how much is OK. Puer tea is really good for weightloss too but only has a tiny bit of caffeine so may be a better option?
