    Neck pain
    Hey I have pain in my neck at the back and hurts when I tilt it forward and back I feel sleepy with it and weak can anyone help me by telling me what I might of done to it or what to do about it thanks harriet

    Try soaking in a hot tub with epsom salts or lavender oil
    Then do neck exercises to loosen up your neck.
    Take magnesium at bedtime and use some muscle rub like tiger balm or something with Capsicum or Eucalyptus Oil
