Shoulder and neck pain

My shoulders have been hurting really bad and my neck has sharp pain. When I bend down to pick up something it hurts more and I lower back pain and kee pain so do I have arthritis

I would say you need to go to the doc or chiropractor and find out exactly what the problem is from you could have a nerve that is getting pinched or a number of things.
Arthritis would not be limited to when you are bending down I don't think.
