    Hi Joelle,
I am so sorry about your sister's diagnosis; have you been told that it is terminal cancer?

Have faith sweetheart and pray for her.

I will pray for you and your family!
    God Bless!

Ashley, I am sorry for your situation.

Before I give any more advice on the situation I would like to know where you are.

Please , calm down and take one small step at a time .

If your sister is terminal(I don't know you haven't mentioned if she is or not) take each day at a time , any type of cancer can hit the youngest of us and also the weak.

Your sister will need your support , she and the rest of the family will properly need your support , but if you panic you will not see the joy and that of spending each day with those that you love.

The type of cancer your sister has is treatable if caught early like any other cancer there is always that chance.

Having the hope and faith I suppose has worked for many people getting through such rough times maybe perhaps you could realise you stresses that way.Talk to your family try and understand how bad / good the sistuation looks for your little sister , but treat your sister the same as because she has an illness people would treat her different but you are her "big sis" she might look up to.

Be positive and optimistic is generally the better way to be in these situations.

And so indeed carry on each day as best and as normal as you can without worrying every 2 minutes or so , I know that it might be hard for such things but think positive and you will be a lot better.I am sorry to hear of this situation hope the advice helps.

"Take each day as it comes , for tomorrow can find itself"

Good luck and keep us posted how your sister is doing.x:)

But family I can't rely on, my mom is a crack head and my dad is always trying to get everything under control. If my sister needs something I'm there for her. I love my sister. We don't no how long she has had it but when she would say her leg hurt or something I thought it was growing pains, I feel terrible for not letting her see a doctor. Am I a bad sister

If she is not seeing a doctor then how do you know she has bone cancer.

Also, it does not cost anything to get your own account. It would be better that you do that than to use Ashley's, if indeed you are not Ashley.

I did bring her to the doctor but when we got the result I knew then that I should have brought her earlyer, I should have not waited. If she dies I am going to hate myself forever

I'm speechless, I'm so sorry. I guess you can spend as much time with her as possible. You never know, she could het better. Everyone has a destiny, this might be hers, or maybe it's not. She could get better.

Since you live in the states there is cancer care for children for free. Yes, I said free.

Contact St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Cancer is not always terminal. There are many treatments out there. It depends on what type of cancer it is.

Joe is right. That is what St. Jude's is for. They treat ALL childhood cancers for free. Parents and family stay at the Ronald McDonald house for free too.

It takes 1 million dollars just to open their doors every morning and it is done all on donations so that the children can get a chance at life without cost.

For anyone out there who's in the same sort of trouble... a spot of advice.

You must hope that your sister fights off the cancer and survive. Have confidence, that you can make it. Talk to her about positive and happy things and take her and your mind off her illness.

If your sister does indeed die, that is no reason to kill yourself. You must live on and carry the torch of your life as well as hers to the finish line.

Respect her memory by living your life to the fullest. Turn your life into a testament of the love between you and your sister.
