    It all depends on what is causing the runny nose. You could use antihistamines.

    Anti histamine

    Or a drug called actifed (in the uk, don't know what it might be called in the us!) you can get it from a pharmacy.

    If it is itchy and runny it is probably an allergy, in which case you need anti histamine. If you have a cold or infection you would probably have other symptoms like headache or soreness or lethargy, so actifed would work better.

    I do have a cold, but what's actifed?
