can a woman have an adam's apple?

i think i have adam's apple it is not that obvious but i feel it, is it normal to have a little bulge in that area

Since there have been cases of a woman having testicles, I suppose its possible for you to have an adam's apple. Check with your doctor on your next visit.

hi scottgem, i do not have testicle lol, i am sure evey body is going to say that i see things r not there but this was a feeling and i wanted to know

Both genders routinely have it-- but its typically more pronounced in males.
