Rash on neck and eyes r itching swoll ALLERGIC REACTION?

Yesterday I woke up wit a rash on my neck it itches and burns a little now my eyes r swoll and it also itches an a little rash what could this be a allergic reaction?

It could be a reaction to something you came in contact with that you have an allergic reaction to. It could be stress causing it. It could be an issue with your immune system, there are any number of causes. If it gets worse and swelling increases or any difficulty in breathing I would suggest you go to the ER (Emergency Room) at your local hospital, especially if an insect, spider or bee might have stung or bit you lately. If not then make an appointment with your doctor or dermatologist is my suggestion.
