    No period for almost 1 yr now blood and brown discharge
    Hi, Im 20 years old, I haven't had my period since Oct. 2008. I am overweight. Yesterday morning for the first time I saw blood when I wiped myself after my morning urination, the entire day nothing else was there... This morning when I wiped I had brown discharge, once again nothing there the rest of the day. I had intercourse the day before the blood, and it hurt REALLLLLY bad (its hurt before, but this time it just was 10 times more painful, then it started to burn) I'm on no meds, no pills what so ever, I'm just concerned, considering I'm in the middle of looking for work right now I don't have the money to see a gyno, and the free clinic will be months from now till they can see me.

    I guess you have not had a pap done recently... you need a proper exam try a planned parenthood or your regular internist if you cannot get an appointment right away. You must also determine why you have not had your period in this period.
